Qualification: M.Tech./M.E. in Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical
allied areas with a minimum of 60% aggregate score (6.5/10 CGPA). Candidate must have qualified GATE examination (old gate score is also considered). Proof of M.Tech./ M.E certificate has to be provided during the time of interview. Additionally, two years of work experience is needed for SRF.
Pay Scale
1. Rs. 25,000/month (for JRF) + HRA (15%) 2. Rs. 28,000/month (for SRF) + HRA (15%)
Age Limit: 28 years for JRF; 30 years for SRF
Desired Skills:
1. A good understanding of electronic circuit design, frequency generator, controllers programming skill, COMSOL MULTIPHYSICS software. 2. Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, and experience in experimental research for fabrication of setup.

Qualification
BE/B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electronics Engineering and M. Tech. /MS(R)/M.E./equivalent in Electronics and Communication Engineering/RF VLSI Design with expertise in RF and Analog IC Design. Candidates must have at least 7.5/10 CGPA or 60 percent marks in aggregate from recognized institutes or universities (IITs/NITs/IIITs/Central Funded Institutes) as a full-time program. GATE/NET must be qualified. A good GATE score will be an added advantage. Those who are appearing for M. Tech/ME last semester may also apply. Proof of M. Pay Scale
Rs. 31,000/- (Per month for first two years) Rs. 35,000/- (Per month for third year years plus HRA as per norms
